This edition, number 54 of the Focal Point blog, is the final one in a series that has been my sincere privilege to photograph and write. Unlike previous instalments, I have posted just a single image. Captured in a November downpour during the ceremony of remembrance in Hudson, QC, it was an obvious choice. Showing kindness, consideration, understanding, sympathy, warmth, goodness and, yes, doggedness, it stands as a testament to what it really means to be Canadian.

Carey Management Philanthropy Photos was launched on February 6, 2012. In 2017 alone, I am proud to report that photographs with an appraised value of $37,050 have been provided to medical institutions, wellness centres and long-term care facilities from British Columbia to Quebec.
I owe Frank Carey and Jackie Bellerose a debt of gratitude for opening this door and introducing you to me. To those who are interested, an invitation is extended to visit my site, www.danielwienerphotographer.com.
To everyone who took time to comment, criticize, and offer words of encouragement and support for Carey Management Philanthropy Photos, thank you. Let’s be certain to remain in touch.
The Holiday Season is nearly upon us. Merry Christmas and best wishes for a healthy and happy 2018!
